The VINEX® process, developed by GEA Westfalia Separator Process Gmbh, ushers in entirely new opportunities in wine preparation. Extracting the juice from the grapes with decanters offers a gentle, rapid, and economical production flow.

In breweries, efficient clarification technology provides a high level of economy while improving the quality of the product. Westfalia Separator PROFI® process combines the advantages of a hybrid system using a centrifuge and a membrane filteration. The use of expensive and labour intensive kieselguhr treatment is no longer necessary. The entire filtration process flows continuously, with maximum yield and a simple method of changing types. Beers filtered with Westfalia Separator PROFI® are premium products, the environment is protected and process costs are reduced.

Fruit and vegetable juices are extracted in complete processing lines provided by GEA Westfalia Separator Process Gmbh.
